Job Description
NIIT Foundation is seeking a dedicated Student Engagement Officer to enhance communication with our beneficiaries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making calls to target individuals for capturing feedback.
- Following up with participants post-training for feedback and support.
- Recording call details, feedback, and responses in tracking systems or Excel sheets.
- Collaborating with field teams or trainers to ensure smooth session execution.
- Sharing insights and field feedback with the project team for improvements.
- Handling queries, doubts, or concerns from beneficiaries with patience and clarity.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00/month
