Job Description
We are seeking a Field Operations Specialist to join our team at Q CONNEQT, a division of Quess Corp Limited. The ideal candidate will have an accounting background with collection experience, supporting agency and account managers through phone and email communications. Proficiency in English is essential.
Your responsibilities will include sending and following up on invoices, resolving customer disputes, and ensuring timely feedback on transactions. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of ₹20,00.00 to ₹23,00.00, plus benefits.
