Job Description
SMARTHMS & Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a high-potential fresher to join our Implementation Team. You will gain hands-on experience with our healthcare ERP product, learn hospital workflows, and assist in onboarding new engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training for healthcare ERP modules.
- Understand hospital workflows and compliance.
- Shadow senior team members during implementations.
- Assist in improving training documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
Qualification: Recent graduate in Engineering, IT, or Life Sciences with strong communication skills.
Salary: ₹10 LPA | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
