Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
- Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to negotiate prices and quantities.
- Maximize customer interest by displaying products effectively.
- Maintain store layout and inventory.
- Design and develop leather gloves and accessories.
- Coordinate with production for smooth execution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of merchandising experience.
