Job Description
LCF (Lighthouse Communities Foundation) is seeking an enthusiastic Outreach Coordinator to engage with youth from slum communities. Responsibilities include building relationships, mobilizing youth, ensuring enrollment, and visiting students at their homes as needed. The Coordinator will collaborate with stakeholders and support team members.
Preferred qualifications: MSW or Post Graduation with 2-4 years of mobilization experience, computer proficiency, and strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Candidates should be empathetic, confident, and willing to travel.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹27,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
