Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Loan Officer. This role involves identifying potential business growth areas, adding new members, forming groups, and guiding them through the loan process.
Your responsibilities include documentation collection, loan utilization checks, timely collections of monthly installments, and maintaining portfolio quality with an average of 200 customers.
We seek motivated male candidates aged up to 28 for freshers and 32 for those with MFI experience, with a minimum qualification of +2.
Attractive salary of ₹18,00 – ₹22,00 plus incentives, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and insurance!
