Job Description
Neo Fatbury is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will manage both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries, make follow-up calls, provide solutions, update CRM records, and achieve performance targets.
Requirements: Minimum 10+2 or degree, excellent communication skills in English/Hindi, basic computer proficiency, and customer service experience is a plus.
