Job Description
The Training Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations of the Saviynt University Learning and Certification program. You will set up in-person and virtual classroom training for employees, partners, and customers globally. Additionally, you’ll manage our LMS platform, create classroom sessions, upload on-demand content, and enroll participants in various training courses.
We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree (MBA or engineering preferred) and 2 to 4 years of experience with an enterprise-grade Learning Management System. Excellent communication skills and expertise in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience in facilitating instructor-led training and familiarity with business metrics is a plus.
