Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join Banshi Professional & Management Services Private Ltd. The candidate will make outbound calls, explain our products/services, and generate leads or set up appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain company products/services and answer queries
- Generate leads and maintain call records
- Maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
- Good communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
- Basic MS Office knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher. Pay: ₹8,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month.
