Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Answer inbound queries from customers and resolve issues.
- Explain products/services and encourage purchases.
- Maintain comprehensive call records in our CRM.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
