Job Description
Captain Clean India Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Regional Field Recruiter to join our team. As a field recruiter, you will actively source, engage, and recruit top talent by attending job fairs and networking events. Your key responsibilities include on-site candidate sourcing, relationship building with local businesses, and conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit.
We are looking for someone with a Higher Secondary qualification, preferably with 1 year of recruiting experience. Proficiency in English is preferred. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, with morning shifts required.
