Job Description
A prestigious builder managing numerous projects in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is seeking a Legal Professional (Advocate) with 5-7 years of experience in Real Estate.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and typing in Marathi.
- Expertise in property due diligence, MOU drafting, and transfer of property.
- Experience with RERA registrations and compliance.
- Skills in customer flat documentation and handling legal matters.
- Ability to manage society formation and related compliance.
- Experience with court proceedings and coordination.

Salary: ₹600,00 – ₹700,00 per year
