Job Description
TECHNOBOTS INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Sales processes. In this role, you will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products/services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass
- Aged between 18 to 30 years
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to handle queries and provide solutions
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally
