Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to connect with Sales Representatives, collecting market-related data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for market insights.
- Accurately collect internal data and follow up.
- Maintain daily call logs and update reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team on data discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and Bangla.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior telecalling experience preferred.
