Job Description
Intercontinental Exchange is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Hyderabad, India. This role involves overseeing the Accounts Receivable department, addressing customer escalations, and investigating delinquent accounts.
Responsibilities include negotiating repayment plans, collaborating with operations to resolve billing issues, and developing rapport with customers. You will also supervise and coach staff, conduct performance evaluations, and train new employees.
Applicants should have 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable management and preferably an Associate’s degree in a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
