Job Description
Oshadi Collective is seeking a motivated Junior Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will liaise with buyers and assist the Senior Merchandiser in executing orders, from insights gathering to dispatch. Responsibilities include preparing tech packs, maintaining documentation, implementing new processes for better communication, and assessing vendor quality and sustainability.
This full-time position offers a salary starting from ₹20,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is a morning shift, with an expected start date of 01/06/2025.
