Job Description
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited is hiring Field Executives to manage client portfolios, list clients for payment recovery, and maintain accurate financial records. Candidates should have a minimum of +2 qualification and be under 30 years of age, preferably freshers or those with Microfinance Institution (MFI) experience.
The role offers an attractive salary with unlimited incentives, including benefits like PF, ESIC, gratuity, and insurance. Freshers start at ₹12,00 and increase to ₹20,860 upon confirmation. This position is open to male candidates only, with a pay range of ₹18,00 to ₹22,00 in Pattambi.
