Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and smart ROC Executive to join our team at Tosniwal and Associates. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Requirements:
- Preparation of annexure 1 & 3.
- Preparation of ROC Search Reports.
- Preparation of Forms & Filing.
- Downloading Financial data from the MCA Portal.
- Fresher or 6 months experience in ROC.
- Must be vigilant, punctual, and possess good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
