Job Description
HOTEL SONAR BANGLA is seeking a dedicated and thorough Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal condition and functionality of our premises. Responsibilities include performing a wide variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC installations, landscaping, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems.
- Maintain electrical systems.
- Assist with ventilation and refrigeration.
- Inspect heating and plumbing systems.
- Conduct manual repairs as necessary.
Requirements: Proven experience in maintenance, knowledge of electrical systems, and a high school diploma required.
