Location: Kolkata (Near Park Circus)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Ticketing and Reservation Agent to accurately handle ticketing, reservations, reissuance, and refunds. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GDS systems and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Issue tickets and manage reservations
- Handle reissuance and refunds
- Negotiate group rates
Requirements:
- Proficient in GDS
- 2+ years in ticketing/reservations
- IATA certification is a plus
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
