Job Description
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Shifts: Evening/Night (Rotational)
Working Days: 5–6 days/week
Cab: Provided (Pickup & Drop)
Role Overview: We are hiring experienced candidates for international voice and chat support. You’ll handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high-quality support experience.
Requirements: Graduation (any stream), Minimum 1 year in BPO/Customer Support (International Voice/Chat preferred), and Excellent spoken and written English.
Compensation: In-hand Salary of ₹19,00 – ₹25,00/month, Performance Bonus up to ₹2,00/month, and Travel Allowance of ₹1,400/month.
Interview Process: HR Screening, Functional Round, AMCAT, Final Operations Round.
