Job Description
Emergys is seeking an experienced Hadoop Admin with 4 to 7 years of expertise. This position is based in Pune, India, and requires working from the office.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Hadoop, Cloudera CDP, and Hortonworks HDP. Proficiency in Unix-based systems and Linux distributions (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) is essential.
Key responsibilities include setting up and supporting Hadoop environments, implementing security measures, and troubleshooting data replication. A scripting background in shell/bash and Python is preferred.
Candidates should be able to work in 24×7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
