Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Retail Promoter to represent BALAJI GRAND BAZAR in retail outlets. In this role, you will engage customers, demonstrate product features, and drive sales through exceptional customer service and in-store promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote products to customers and drive sales.
- Engage with customers and explain product benefits.
- Monitor inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred but freshers with good communication are welcome to apply.
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives, ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
