Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle for our corporate office in the US.
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.
- Monitor HR recruiting best practices and provide reports to team managers.
Desired Candidate Profile: Min 1 year of recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with recruitment platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night shift), off on weekends.
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month.
