Job Description
Join Career Crox as a Customer Support Executive! We are looking for fluent Tamil or Malayalam speakers to provide exceptional customer service. This full-time position is based in Sector 18, Gurgaon, working 5 days a week in rotational shifts, with a salary of ₹30,00 plus incentives.
Key requirements include a good command of English, familiarity with voice processes, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must hold at least a 12th-grade certification.
As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries about Samsung products, maintain call logs, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
