Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support to ERP users both onsite and remotely.
- Troubleshoot client issues and offer solutions via calls, emails, or chat.
- Manage user access, permissions, configurations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Log and track support tickets according to SLAs.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionalities.
- Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Document FAQs and support procedures for future reference.
Pay: ₹197,660.61 – ₹986,332.08 per year
