Job Description
Join the team at Sidra Pristine Hotel & Portico Halls as a Reservation Associate! Your primary responsibility will be to handle and manage reservation processes across various communication platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate reservation details.
- Confirm and process reservation requests efficiently.
- Ensure all reservation information is entered into the system accurately.
- Maintain updated availability of rooms and hotel rates.
- Maximize room sales through effective upselling.
- Review the next day’s arrival bookings.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- 2 years of prior experience in reservations.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
