Job Description
Join JENNEYS RESIDENCY PRIVATE LTD as a Front Office Reservations specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest reservations via phone, email, and online platforms. You will respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
Your duties will also include coordinating with front office and housekeeping, managing cancellations and modifications, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to upsell hotel services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹17,00.00 per month
Benefits include food provided and a Provident Fund.
Schedule: Day shift, in-person work location.
