Job Description
We are urgently looking for Customer Service Executives for our International Process at Nley Consultants Ptv Ltd. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a US BPO environment and be available to join immediately.
Job Details:
- Education: Graduation only
- Working Days: 5 days with 2 rotational off
- Shift Timings: 24×7 (US Shift)
- Salary: Up to ₹33,00 in-hand per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
