Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Associate to join our team at JOYRTS. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Com/B.Sc/B.A/B.B.A or any equivalent degree) and have at least 2+ years of experience in customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a remote working option available. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
The salary range for this position is ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month.
Job Schedule: Night shift and US shift.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Palghat, Kerala.
