Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production and manufacturing teams. In this role, you’ll achieve production targets and enhance manufacturing processes using Danaher Business System (DBS) tools such as Kaizen and PSP. You will monitor workflows, personnel, and resources to ensure compliance with safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity goals.
Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of experience in IVD manufacturing or a regulated environment and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or any life science discipline.
