Job Description
Ufonix Tech Solutions.LLP is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. The successful candidate will answer questions, resolve complaints, and document all customer interactions.
Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing customer feedback, maintaining records of interactions, and ensuring strong relationships with service providers. You will also track performance metrics and contribute to policy development to enhance service quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
