Job Description
Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake
Salary: ₹15,00 – ₹19,00/month (based on experience)
Benefits: Fixed weekends off, cab drop facility, PF, ESI, bonus & attendance allowance
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls
- Possess excellent English communication skills
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: Fluent in Hindi and English preferred
Work Location: In person
