Job Description
We are Vasutti, seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Support Specialists.
Qualifications: Any graduate with fluency in Hindi and English (Versant Level: 4).
Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational shifts (7 AM – 8 PM for females, 7 AM – 12 AM for males). One rotational day off.
Salary: CTC of ₹22,00/month for freshers (take home ₹17,00) and up to ₹24,500/month for experienced candidates (take home up to ₹19,500). Quarterly bonus of ₹4,065.
Requirements: 150 positions available. Full-time, permanent roles with health insurance and provident fund benefits.
Location: Work from the office.
