Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to collect critical information, ensuring compliance with regulations.
2. Accurately categorize and label call data, supporting clear reporting and analysis.
3. Analyze call transcripts for insights, identifying trends and providing recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in medical billing or insurance claims.
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical billing software is a plus.
