Job Description
Raghav IT Solution Services OPC Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Medical Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will review clinical documentation and assign appropriate codes for accurate billing and compliance. Knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures.
- Assign codes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; Certification CPC, CCS, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of medical coding experience required.
