Job Description
Teams Fusion is seeking a dedicated Retail Banking Trainer to develop and deliver top-notch training programs on retail banking and finance. Key responsibilities include creating engaging course materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating learning outcomes, and staying updated with industry trends.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in retail banking or financial services. Strong communication skills and the ability to create effective training materials are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher. Pay: ₹30,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month. Benefits include a Provident Fund.
