Job Description
INTERIO INTERIORS is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Female Customer Care Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, provide information about our products/services, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information using the appropriate tools.
- Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Follow company communication guidelines.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers.
Qualifications: Female candidates preferred; minimum 10+2 or graduate; good communication skills in English or regional language; basic computer knowledge.
