Job Description
Black Box is seeking a skilled Credit Administrator to join our credit & collections team. You will maintain accurate customer data within our YayPay platform, process customer refunds, and prepare escheatment forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update customer credit data in YayPay
- Assist with credit-related inquiries
- Process customer refunds
- Prepare escheatment forms
- Run D&B credit reports
- Ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications: 6-8 years in credit administration; proficiency with YayPay is a plus; remote work flexibility required.
