Job Description
Virtusa is seeking an experienced Oracle HRIS Business Analyst (BA) to document our HR processes and systems. You will be responsible for system landscape documentation, mapping current HR systems and integrations, and detailing business processes such as new hire onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, payroll, and talent management.
Qualifications include proven experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle HRIS and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
