Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Production Officer to join our team at Hikal. The ideal candidate will possess strong DCS/PLC knowledge and will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and operations align with standard work instructions and specifications. The role involves organizing shop floor activities, managing logistics, and resolving operational issues efficiently.
The Production Officer will also implement and maintain QMS, EMS, and OHSAS systems, while preparing standard operating procedures for the department. Additionally, the successful candidate will train subordinates and oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment.
