Job Description
Aycom Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking to hire a skilled young Customer Service Advisor. The ideal candidate should be fluent in spoken English and possess experience working with UK or international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls
- Manage tickets, including raising and updating
- Coordinate calls with the on-call engineering team
- Communicate effectively via email
- Adapt to flexible shifts
- Utilize MS Office proficiently and maintain email etiquette
- Exhibit a customer-oriented attitude
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
