Position: Customer Relationship Associate
Experience: Minimum 1+ years preferred, Female candidates.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries promptly through various channels including Instagram, website, and phone calls. Handle WhatsApp chats and emails (20-30% calling). Knowledge of products is essential to address customer questions. Process orders and keep organized records of customer interactions.
