Job Description
TCI EXPRESS LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer. In this role, you will conduct training programs for employees at all levels, identify training needs with management, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Your responsibilities include developing online and offline training solutions, evaluating training effectiveness, and managing the training budget. You will facilitate logistics for training sessions and conduct employee surveys.
This full-time position offers a salary ranging from ₹400,00.00 to ₹600,00.00 per month with benefits.
