Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend daily walk-ins, conduct presentations, and show properties.
- Arrange site visits and manage customer follow-ups.
- Convert visits to bookings and meet potential clients.
- Collect booking forms and cheques from clients.
- Manage leads, maintain MIS, and achieve sales targets.
Qualification: MBA or any degree.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Real Estate.
Location: Thalambur, Chennai – In person.
Compensation: ₹35,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
