Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) cum Receptionist to join our team at DECORATE BLINDS. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional front-desk service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage front-desk operations and greet customers professionally.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain office organization.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, or Malayalam.
