Job Description
Elpis Technology Solutions is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to coordinate and oversee daily operational processes. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring workflows, aligning client servicing with organizational goals, and addressing operational issues efficiently. You will also prepare and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and track performance metrics related to process efficiency.
This position offers opportunities for both freshers and experienced candidates.
