Job Description
We are looking for a talented BIW Body in White Associate to join Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier selection and assessment for sheet metal components.
- Controlling material costs and negotiating savings.
- Conducting supplier risk management and mitigation.
- Implementing capacity planning and addressing bottleneck issues.
- Utilizing data analytics for effective decision-making.
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering, with 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the automobile or farm sectors.
