Job Description
You are invited to join Shikshadarpana as an Academic Guidance Officer. In this full-time role, you will convert student enquiries into admissions, counsel students about programs, and clarify course selection and career planning. You’ll work collaboratively with parents and colleagues, handle queries, and contribute insights to our marketing team to increase lead generation.
The candidate will report directly to the Admissions Head. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of work experience are required, alongside proficiency in English and Tamil.
Compensation ranges from ₹400,00.00 to ₹600,00.00 annually, with benefits including health insurance, commuter assistance, and a performance bonus.
