Job Description
We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Team Member in the Collections Strategy department focused on Credit Card Recovery at Kotak Mahindra.
This role involves managing our online payment application, Mobicule, across Pan India. Key responsibilities include:
- Activation/Deactivation for 1400 FOS and 1200 employees nationwide.
- Comprehensive documentation management throughout India.
- Training initiatives across the country.
- Handling queries and complaints effectively.
- Managing downtime efficiently.
- Liaising with BSG for any issues related to the payment application.
